Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aesthe Wear. If for any reason you’re not in love with your new clothing, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items (T-shirts, hoodies, or apparel) must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging & Tags: It must be returned in its original packaging, with all original clothing tags and labels still attached.

  • Exclusions: Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized apparel. These include any items that have been made to order, custom printed, or specially manufactured based on individual specifications. Since these items are crafted just for you, we cannot restock or resell them.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team at info@aesthewear.shop. We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Cost: $0 (No return shipping costs – all returns are completely free of charge).

  • Our Responsibility: We cover all shipping and return costs so you can try our collections with absolute confidence.

4. Exchanges (Sizing & Damaged Items)

We do not offer direct exchanges for different products.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your clothing arrived damaged or defective from our side, we will happily exchange it for the exact same item.

  • Size/Style Changes: If you are simply looking for a different size or design, we recommend returning the original eligible item for a refund and placing a new order on our website for the preferred size or style.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned clothing and confirm that it meets all our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Rejected Returns

If your returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, if a T-shirt has been worn, washed, stained, or is missing its tags), the return will be rejected. We will send the item back to you, and no refund will be issued.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Aesthe Wear is not responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout. However, if you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
