Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aesthe Wear! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite T-shirts and apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship exclusively within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the US.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer 100% free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

3. Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

4. Transit & Delivery Windows

Once your package is handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days (depending on your location within the United States).

Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, shipments may occasionally face unexpected carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or peak holiday volumes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your clothing order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

We ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout. Aesthe Wear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@aesthewear.shop. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will unfortunately be unable to modify the destination.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately and reach out to us so we can issue a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or Stolen: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. Aesthe Wear is not legally responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
